How to shop?

1. Use the WOMEN, MEN, SALE links for chose an item.

2. Select SIZE/COLOR and click on the ADD TO BAG button.

3. Review the items in your SHOPPING BAG. You can also delete items from your shopping bag.

4. You must LOGIN/REGISTER to be able to CHECKOUT.

5. Click on the ORDER button.

 

My account

Click on  MY ACCOUNT buttom, and check your ORDERS HISTORY.

1. PENDING - wait for confirmation.

2a. CONFIRMED - all items are avaliable.

2b. REMOVE  ITEMS - replace the order without missing items.

2. PAID    - your items are paid.

3. DELIVERED - your packege has been sent.

1. EXCHANGING AND RETURNING PRODUCTS

I. In order to change an item to another size, you must follow the steps below:

1. Send an e-mail within 3 working days from the receipt of the parcel.

Note: E-mails sent after this date will not be considered.

This e-mail must contain:
Title: request for changing the size
Last name
First name
Country
City
Postal code
Address
E-mail
Telephone
 Note: Use EXACTLY the same information as for registering when you ordered the product to be changed. The exchange requests which contain different data will not be considered.
The code of the product to be exchanged
The size of the product to be exchanged
The size of the new product


2. Within 3 working days from receiving your request, we will send you an e-mail to confirm or deny the availability of the desired product.

Important!!!
Before placing an order, check whether there are other sizes available for the product you wish to purchase. However, Fashionbox does not guarantee that other sizes will be available when you wish to change the product.

3. If our e-mail confirms that the desired size is available, the product will be reserved for 5 working days from the date the confirmation e-mail is sent.

4. During these 5 days, you must return the product you wish to change.

Important!!!
Fashionbox-online.com offers free transport services only for the first dispatch of a new order. For size changes, the customer shall bear all shipping costs, both when returning the old product and when receiving the new one. Payment shall be made in advance for returning the old product and receiving the new product of a different size.

5. In order to send the parcel, you must do the following:

Use the same courier firm as when you received the parcel.
Do not close the parcel until its content is verified by the courier.
On the outside of the parcel, attach our confirmation e-mail of the new product availability.
Ask a RETURNS LABEL from your courier; this guarantees that you will also pay for the new parcel.
The returned product must be accompanied by its label and be in perfect condition.

Important!!! Parcels that do not comply with the above conditions will not be accepted.

6. If all of the above conditions are met, we will change the product to the desired size and we will send the new parcel when we receive the returned product.

7. The size can only be changed once for each product.

II. Currently we do not accept product exchanges for products of a different value. If you want another product, you must return the first one, ask for money refund and place a new order for the other product.

Product return and money refund:

1. Send an e-mail within 3 working days from the reception of the parcel. This e-mail must contain:
Title: request for size exchange
Last name
First name
Country
City
Postal code
Address
E-mail

Note: Use EXACTLY the same information as for registering when you ordered the product to be changed. The requests for return which contain different data will not be considered.
The code of the product to be returned
The size of the product to be returned
The reason for returning the item

2. Within 3 days from receiving your e-mail, we will send you an e-mail that confirms the acceptance of the return and the total amount to be reimbursed.

Important!!! The amount to be reimbursed is the total amount you paid, from which we deduct the product shipping costs (which were paid by Fashionbox when delivering the parcel), the bank fees paid by Fashionbox for bank transfers and the customs fees for non-EU countries.

Important!!! Considering that our products have relatively small prices and the shipping costs and bank fees are relatively high, plus the shipping costs for product return, the reimbursement cost can be greater than the previously ordered product.

We recommend that reimbursement requests be made only for products over 400 EUR; otherwise, the amount to be reimbursed can be very small after deducting the shipping costs and bank fees.

3. If all of the above conditions are met, you must reply to our confirmation e-mail. Your reply is considered as an acceptance of the reimbursement amount calculated by Fashionbox.

4. After the reception of your reply, you have 4 working days to send the product back.
Use the same courier.
Do not close the parcel until its content is verified by the courier.
On the outside of the parcel, attach our confirmation e-mail of the reimbursement.
The returned product must have the original label attached, must not have been worn and must be in perfect condition.

5. From the reception date of your product return, you will receive the recalculated amount for reimbursement in your PayPal account within 30 day.

2. How do I buy?

1. Use the WOMEN, MEN, SALE links for choosing an item. You can also purchase products by browsing the DESIGNERS section.
2. Select SIZE/COLOR and click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button.
3. Review the items in your SHOPPING BAG. You can also delete items from your shopping bag.
4. You must LOGIN/REGISTER to be able to CHECKOUT.
5. Click on the ORDER button.
6. Login to MY ACCOUNT. Your order will have initially the pending status. Within 24 hours (because of the time zone differences), you will receive an e-mail which confirms or denies that availability of the products ordered.
7. IN ORDER TO BUY A SINGLE PRODUCT:
1. If the product is in stock, the status will change to Confirmed or Available
2. If the product is not in stock, you will receive an e-mail to this effect. You can place another order if you want to choose another item.

8. For the confirmed product, you can pay by clicking on PAY NOW with PAYPAL
9. IN ORDER TO BUY TWO OR MORE PRODUCTS:
1. If all the products ordered are in stock, the status will change to Confirmed
2. If one of the products is not in stock, you will receive an e-mail to inform you which product is out of stock.
3. For the new order, when the status changes to Confirmed, you can pay by clicking on PAY NOW with PAY PAL.

10. After making payment, the status in My Account changes to PAID.

11. Following the performance of payment, the product will be delivered and the status will change to DELIVERED.

12. The parcels will reach their destination within 1 - 7 working days from payment performance, according to the destination and the courier firm.

3. REGISTRATION

In order to be able to buy from FASHIONBOX-ONLINE.COM, you need to register. For this, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
   Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address and other requested information as indicated.
   After registration, you will be able to access your account using your username and password.

4. HOW DO I PAY?

1. Payment is made through PayPal.
2. The card will be charged in EUR. For payments in other currency, the exchange will be done at the rate from the transaction day.

5. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

FASHIONBOX-ONLINE.COM delivers in the entire world, except for the countries marked in red in the registration list.
-For shipping, we collaborate with UPS and FEDEX
-We don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes
-All the parcels are accompanied by an invoice that contains the total amount of goods in EUR (the amount you paid through PayPal without other additions).
-the prices are those displayed for both the UE countries and for non-UE countries.
- for UE countries, VAT is included in the price.
-Fashionbox-online.com is not responsible for other customs fees and duties that may be charged when taking the parcel according to the laws of the country into which shipping is made.
-There are 3 country categories and 3 corresponding types of shipping costs:
Shipping area I
-    Shipping is free
-    When ordering 2 or more products, a discount of 10% from the total amount will be automatically calculated
Shipping area II
-    Shipping cost: 40 Euros
-    For 2 or more products, shipping is free.
Shipping area III
-    Shipping cost: 80 Euros
-    For 3 or more products, shipping is free.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically depending on the address from which you log in and the number of products ordered.
